Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily virtual training sessions for Field Sales Officers.

- Train sales employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge.

- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to improve sales performance.

- Explain sales strategies, customer handling, lead generation, and conversion techniques.

- Motivate Field Sales Officers to achieve their assigned targets.

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate employee understanding and performance.

- Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate coaching and guidance.

- Share feedback with the sales management team regarding training progress and employee performance.

- Provide practical examples and role-play exercises to improve sales communication and objection-handling skills.

- Keep training content updated based on business requirements and market trends.





- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills
