As a Sales Trainee at Bar Code India, you will begin your career journey by learning about our innovative AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions such as barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and related software. You will support the sales team in engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and delivering product demonstrations while developing your skills to become a trusted advisor for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in understanding client needs and preparing solution proposals.
- Learn to deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations under guidance.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including documentation and follow-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships by handling queries and coordinating with internal teams.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through learning, collaboration, and proactive efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about technology and solutions.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of ERP, WMS, or inventory management concepts (added advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Interest in supply chain, automation, or IoT-based technologies.
