Role Description The Sales Trainer role at EBG Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for current and existing sales professionals across the company’s diverse business sectors. Day-to-day work includes conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, creating training materials and sales playbooks, and facilitating role-plays and simulations to strengthen selling skills.

The Sales Trainer will assess training needs, track performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to help sales teams achieve their targets and enhance customer engagement. Collaboration with sales leadership, product teams, and HR is essential to align training content with business goals, product offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate engaging in-person training sessions.




- Candidates should possess experience in sales trainings and practical knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Candidates should possess training & development skills, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation of training outcomes.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills and an understanding of customer-centric selling approaches.
- Relevant experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Senior Sales Professional with training responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Qualification

- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools for creating presentations, training documents, and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; professional training or sales certifications are an advantage.
