About the role
We're hiring a Sales Team Lead to drive enrollments for our HR and BYOB programmes while leading and coaching a team of admissions/sales counselors. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone from an EdTech sales background who's ready to own both individual and team targets.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales/admissions counselors selling the HR and BYOB programmes
- Set and track individual and team sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Run call audits, role-plays, and pipeline reviews to improve conversion
- Own the sales funnel end-to-end — lead qualification through enrollment closure
- Handle high-value or escalated leads personally
- Forecast revenue and report performance to leadership
- Refine sales scripts and objection-handling for HR and BYOB
- Maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead/Team Manager in sales, with proven results
- Strong prior experience in EdTech sales (admissions counseling or course sales)
- Track record of hitting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
