? What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a team of 5–7 members
- Drive lead follow-ups, conversions & sales performance
- Monitor individual and team targets
- Coach team members and improve performance
- Ensure achievement of monthly business targets
? What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of team-handling experience
- Experience managing a team of 5–7 members
- Proven sales & revenue target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- CRM/Lead Management experience preferred
? Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
