Truefare Trip is a fast-growing travel management company specializing in curated international holidays, MICE, and specialized travel verticals. As we continue to expand our outbound operations, we are looking for high-energy travel sales professionals to join our core team in Gurugram.

Role Overview

We are exclusively hiring for a Travel Sales Specialist (Vietnam & Bali). In this role, you will be the frontline revenue driver for two of our most highly demanded international destinations. You will be responsible for handling FIT (Free Independent Traveler) queries, designing custom itineraries, and closing high-value sales for Vietnam and Bali packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Destination Expertise: Act as the primary subject matter expert for Vietnam and Bali, crafting tailored itineraries that match client budgets and preferences.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads (FIT and small groups), understand their travel requirements, and provide competitive quotes promptly.
- Sales & Closing: Drive high conversion rates, negotiate effectively, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship:



Maintain exceptional communication with clients from the first inquiry through to their post-trip feedback.
- Coordination: Work seamlessly with the operations and contracting teams to ensure flawless execution of the sold packages.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in international outbound travel sales, with specific, hands-on knowledge of selling Vietnam and/or Bali.
- Strong understanding of FIT itinerary planning, hotel routing, and flight connectivity for these regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a robust, customer-centric sales approach.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Compensation, Perks & Work Model

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) + Flat Incentive on every single sale!
- Work Model: 5 Days Working (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)
- Location: Phase 4, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
