Job Role Sales & Quotation Specialist

- Prepare accurate quotations, estimations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Analyze project specifications and calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Technical teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs.
- Prepare commercial offers, BOQs, and price comparisons.
- Maintain quotation records, costing databases, and customer documentation.
- Assist the Accounts department with invoicing, documentation, and commercial correspondence.
- Update and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, costing sheets, and sales trackers.
- Follow up on quotation revisions and customer approvals.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

- Advanced formulas

- Pivot Tables

- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

- IF functions

- Data analysis

- Formatting and reporting
- Valuable knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and commercial documentation.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.




- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts, Quotation, Estimation, or Commercial Operations.
- Candidates from Facility Management, MEP, Electrical Contracting, or Industrial Automation industries are preferred.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar is an added advantage.
