Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based in Panvel Taluka.

The Sales

Professional will identify and engage potential customers, explain relocation services, and prepare accurate quotations and estimations for household, office, vehicle, and storage solutions. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting site visits when needed, following up on leads, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients,



coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and addressing customer concerns before and after the move.

The Sales

Professional will also support local marketing initiatives, maintain sales records, and contribute to achieving revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or relocation services, with the ability to understand service offerings and pricing structures.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and site visits efficiently.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer applications for inquiries, quotations, and tracking information.
- Ability to work on-site in Panvel Taluka and conduct local field visits as required.
- Prior experience in sales, relocation services, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a higher educational qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
