Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Rajkot. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for dental implants and instruments, building strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors, and managing the sales pipeline. The Sales & Marketing Executive will conduct market research, support market planning activities, and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product adoption.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing presentations and product demonstrations, maintaining accurate sales and customer records,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely support and service. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in conferences or events, and proactive follow-up with prospects and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to drive lead generation, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage with clients, present products clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in medical, dental, or healthcare product sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple accounts, and travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
