Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role is based in Mumbai and focuses on driving business growth for ADJM Technologies’ audio visual solutions. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting AV solutions, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs across corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, government, and high-end residential segments.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will conduct market research, assist in market planning, and support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with technical and project teams, and reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to manage the sales cycle, negotiate, and close deals in B2B or solution-based environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, build relationships, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience in audio visual, IT, or technology solutions selling is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and a results-oriented, customer-focused approach.
