Experience: min 1 to 3 years experience in B2B sales / Industrial sales / Engineering Sales will be preferred Sheet metal parts, cold roll-formed profiles & welded assembly to OEM or Tier1 client companies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with Mechanical Engineering to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the products like Sheet metal parts, cold roll-formed profiles & welded assembly to OEM or Tier1 client companies, identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Generate leads through market research, customer visits, references and other sources.

Visit existing and potential customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.





Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with customers for order conversion.

Coordinate with the Design, Production and Quality teams to understand and fulfil customer requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations and order follow-ups.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.

Track sales activities, enquiries, quotations and order status.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills

Knowledge of manufacturing, sheet metal or engineering products will be an advantage.

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Good presentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
