Role Overview
We're looking for a Responsible and intelligent Sales Merchandiser with experience in Jodhpur's handicraft furniture industry.
The role requires maturity, strong English, product knowledge, and the ability to manage clients independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle client calls, messages, requirements, and order discussions
- Help Clients in Product Selection and Customisation.
- Manage merchandising and product presentation.
- Convert inquiries to orders and coordinate with production team and ensure timely dispatch
- Ensure timely order updates and client follow-ups
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in handicraft furniture sales/merchandising
- Knowledge of wood, metal, iron, and upholstery furniture
- Confident, well-spoken, and organised
- Robust English and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, artisan-led environment
