Key Responsibilities

- Sales:
- Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned Modern Trade Outlets/Accounts.
- Identify and develop recent opportunities with the customer.
- Operations:
- Closely monitoring store visibility(paid/ unpaid) and promo execution.
- Monitor Stock status and ensure stock pressure in stores.
- Plan and execute in-store activities/execution/merchandising as per guidelines.
- Territory planning to ensure optimal coverage.
- Manpower Management:
- Hiring, Training, Motivating SR/Sup/RM/VM/VRM team and drive performance.
- Tracking manpower execution effectiveness on stocking, Promo/visi execution.
- Conducting weekly review of SR/Sup/RM/VM/VRMs on numbers and other parameters.
- Guiding SR/Sup/RM/VM/VRMs to drive in-store executions.




- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track performance SKU Wise & Store Wise.
- Share reports on Stock, Sales & Competition Activity.
- Provide feedback to management on planned activations.
- Customer Handling:
- Handle assigned account to achieve plan numbers.
- Followup and Ensuring NPIs linking as per management directives.
- Ensuring timely payment, claims, reconciliation with Customer.
- Liaising for getting additional visibility, increased facing to increase stock depth.
- Channel Partner Management:
- Handling Distributor Orders, Payments, Claims.
- Ensuring proper stock holding for 100% supplies.
