Autonomous Network Architect – Mobile & Fixed Experience: 12–20 Years Location: Pan India Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Autonomous Network Architect with strong experience in Telecom Network Architecture, 5G, Network Automation, Network Programmability, OSS/BSS, and Autonomous Networks . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing self-healing, self-optimizing and closed-loop network solutions , along with expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, LLMs and contemporary AI frameworks . Key Responsibilities Design and implement autonomous network solutions for mobile and fixed telecom environments. Develop self-healing, self-optimizing and closed-loop automation use cases. Architect cloud-native, distributed solutions using AI/ML and network automation . Design programmable network solutions using REST APIs, TM Forum APIs, SDN, YANG, NETCONF and RESTCONF . Develop automation frameworks using Python, Go or similar programming languages . Integrate telecom networks with OSS/BSS, network management and orchestration platforms . Design RAG and multi-agent AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks. Optimize LLM-based agents for token usage, latency, inference cost and computational efficiency . Develop data pipelines for network telemetry, data correlation, cleansing and feature engineering . Work with vector databases, semantic search, graph databases and caching strategies . Architect solutions for 5G, Open RAN,



network slicing and edge computing . Lead technical architecture, solution design, standards and best practices for autonomous networks. Mentor technical teams and drive innovation and knowledge sharing. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Telecom/Mobile Network Architecture . 2+ years of hands-on experience in Autonomous Network use cases . Strong experience in Network Automation and Closed-Loop Automation . Strong knowledge of 5G, RAN, Core, OSS/BSS and telecom network architecture . Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, TM Forum APIs, YANG, NETCONF, RESTCONF and gRPC . Knowledge of SDN, network programmability and network orchestration . Experience with RAG, LLMs, Generative AI and Agentic AI . Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar AI frameworks . Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate or Milvus . Knowledge of LLM token optimization, prompt engineering, context optimization and inference-cost optimization . Experience with network telemetry, ETL/data pipelines and data correlation . Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems and Kubernetes . Preferred Skills Google Vertex AI / Gemini APIs BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms Open RAN / O-RAN Network Slicing Edge Computing gRPC/Streaming Telemetry LlamaIndex / AutoGen Graph Databases TM Forum Open APIs TM Forum Autonomous Network certification
