Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adoor for a Sales Manager.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth. Daily tasks include leading a sales team, setting performance targets, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong sales management and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in strategizing and implementing sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis for informed decision-making, and reporting sales performance.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in the construction or technology industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work in office in Adoor and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
