Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This full-time, on-site role in Indore includes presenting construction and renovation services, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals in line with company targets.

The Specialist will support marketing initiatives such as local campaigns, events, and digital outreach to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with project and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated,



and providing training or guidance to internal staff on sales processes where necessary. The role requires consistent on-site engagement, client visits, and participation in business development activities within the Indore region.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their requirements, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Experience in Sales Management, such as setting targets, tracking performance, and contributing to sales strategies and pipelines.
- Ability to deliver Training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement to team members or current joiners.
- Knowledge of local Indore market dynamics and willingness to work on-site and conduct regular client visits.
- Basic understanding of construction or real estate services to communicate project scope, value, and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting for maintaining accurate records and preparing sales and marketing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in sales and marketing is highly valued.
