Key Resp onsibilities

- Genera te new business through calls, networking, references and field visits• Build r elationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and corporate clients• Underst and project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions• Conduct client meetings and site visits• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals• Manage leads from enquiry to order closure• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth• Maintai n strong relationships with existing and recent clients• Keep tr ack of market trends, competitors and new project opportunities

Candidat eProfile





- 1–3 ye ars of experience in sales/business development preferred• Experie nce in interiors, building materials, furnishings, flooring, architecture or construction is an advantage• Excelle nt communication, presentation and negotiation skills• Confide nt, presentable and comfortable meeting clients• Strong networking and relationship-building skills• Target-

oriented and self-motivated• Willing ness to travel for client meetings and site visits• Two-whe eler and valid driving licence preferred
