Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel by developing new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, promoting hotel facilities and services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves corporate sales, travel trade, events, and other business segments to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, conference rooms, and other services.
- Conduct regular client visits and sales calls to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Handle corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators,



and event companies.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct hotel site inspections for prospective clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, sales trips, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor rates, offers, and market activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, client meetings, leads, and business generated.
- Achieve assigned revenue and room-night targets.
- Handle client feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business opportunities.

Pay: From ₹10,018.23 per month
