Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Indore.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products and benefits, and guide clients in selecting suitable plans. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations (in person and by phone), preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, and providing post-sale support to build long-term relationships.

The Sales

Executive is expected to meet sales targets,



contribute to local marketing initiatives, and represent Insura.ae with professionalism and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain insurance products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on listening to client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Basic understanding of life, health, and medical insurance concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions each day.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
