Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Kataria Green – Ather showroom in Vadodara. In this role, the Sales Executive will welcome prospective customers, understand their mobility needs, and present suitable Ather scooter models and features. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test rides, explaining pricing, finance, and warranty options, and assisting customers throughout the purchase process.

Executive will follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and support showroom displays and promotional activities.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with walk-in customers and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to convert leads into purchases and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring a positive showroom experience.
- Basic understanding of automobiles or electric vehicles, with willingness to learn detailed product features and technology.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for billing, CRM, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work in office in Vadodara, including weekends and peak hours as required by showroom operations.
- Prior experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or dealership environments is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business or related field is preferred.
