About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a passion for interior décor, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email,



and social media
- Guide customers in selecting wallpapers and wall murals based on their requirements
- Share product information, quotations, and design recommendations
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the design and production team for custom orders
- Maintain records of customer interactions and orders

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or interior décor preferred
- Basic knowledge of wallpapers, wall murals, or home décor is a plus
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
