Requirements

- Identify and develop new business in target industries (fabrication, automotive components, appliances, furniture, architectural, oil & gas, etc.)
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer retention
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and volume/value goals
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for coating applications
- Coordinate with technical/application teams to resolve customer issues (adhesion, finish quality, curing,



color matching)
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts within approved margins
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
- Collect and process customer feedback for product improvement
- Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding receivables
- Coordinate with production/logistics for order fulfilment and delivery schedules
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
