Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nagercoil.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients for premium residential projects, manage inbound inquiries, and conduct site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities include presenting the firm’s design-build services, preparing and following up on proposals, coordinating with the technical and project teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves negotiating terms, closing sales, supporting contract finalization,



and building long-term client relationships.

The Sales

Executive will also contribute to local marketing activities, gather market intelligence, and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in client relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation for high-value projects.
- Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Ability to understand construction and design-build concepts and translate technical information into clear value propositions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort with on-site work, regular client visits, and local travel in and around Nagercoil.
