Archie Enterprise is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role will primarily involve handling B2B inquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia, following up with prospective customers, coordinating orders and dispatches, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.
- Regularly follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads into orders.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Provide customers with order status, dispatch details, invoices, and tracking information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve order-related concerns professionally.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and customer communication.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups wherever required.
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the sales and order fulfilment process.





Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and orders simultaneously.
- Responsible, organised, and result-oriented approach.
- Previous experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Experience

Freshers with solid communication skills may apply. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, IndiaMART/TradeIndia lead management, or customer service will be preferred.
