Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

- Main Role

Drive agricultural sales and market development by working closely with farmers, understanding their requirements, promoting agri-input solutions, and strengthening the company’s presence in the assigned territory.

- Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with farmers and support field-level sales activities.

- Promote agricultural products and drive sales growth.

- Develop the assigned territory and identify new business opportunities.

- Provide basic crop-related guidance and support to farmers.

- Conduct regular field visits and collect market feedback.

? Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture and 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply. Robust knowledge of agriculture, particularly banana cultivation, is preferred.
