Role Description The Sales Engineer will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, serving as a technical and commercial link between customers and Sahil Technocrats. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, demonstrating metrology and CNC solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities. The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.





The Sales

Engineer will also maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and gather market feedback to help improve offerings and identify current business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and technical solution selling for industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including managing inquiries, negotiations, and long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of metrology equipment and CNC machines, or readiness to quickly learn these product lines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work on-site in the Pune Division with occasional customer visits in the region.
