Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional – Rotating Equipment with strong exposure to industrial B2B/project sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, project sales, customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for rotating equipment and industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B/project sales of rotating equipment to industrial customers.
- Develop recent business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors, and end customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and negotiate with customers.




- Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and project teams for order execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and regular sales reports.

Product Exposure

Experience in selling one or more of the following:
- Pumps & Compressors
- Turbines & Generators
- Motors & Fans

- Other Industrial Rotating Equipment

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in rotating equipment.
- Robust experience in direct B2B / industrial / project sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of industrial products and technical sales.
- Experience working with EPCs, consultants, licensors, and major industrial customers preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and business development activities.
