This isn t just another cold-calling job.

As an Outbound SDR, you re the first signal of Exotel, the one who sparks curiosity, builds relationships, and opens doors with India s top businesses. You ll play a key role in fueling Exotel s growth engine by identifying, qualifying and creating opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Own the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.

- Start meaningful conversations with CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.

- Qualify leads through discovery - understanding pain points, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt.

- Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategise outreach campaigns.

- Experiment and iterate on messaging, outreach sequences, and tools to improve conversion rates.

- Track, measure, and share insights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).

Gurgaon, Bengaluru

Requirements

- Must have worked in APAC region in demand gen.

- Available to work according to APAC timing.





- Experience with a CCaaS/ CPaaS player preferable.

- Knowledge of Bahasa Language is preferable.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2-8 years in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation

Skills & Competencies

- Have 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech).

- Enjoy the thrill of outbound - researching accounts, personalising outreach, and hearing yes after a series of no s .

- Are curious about technology and can quickly learn how communication APIs, contact centres, and automation tools work.

- Are comfortable with targets and use data to improve your approach.

- Speak and write fluent English, and can communicate with confidence and empathy.

- Thrive in a rapid-moving, ownership-driven culture.
