Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves supporting the sales team with lead tracking, preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

The Sales

Coordinator will assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities also include updating CRM or sales tracking tools, handling basic inquiries, and supporting the execution of sales campaigns and events. The role requires close collaboration with the sales, operations,



and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, and word processing) and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach and ability to build professional relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data entry, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, reliable presence in an on-site environment.
