? Job DetailsPosition: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales

Location: Jankipuram Vistar, Sector 8, Lucknow

Work Mode: Office or Field — Candidate’s Choice

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 1–3 years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

? SalaryOffice Role: ₹15,000/month + Incentives

Field Role: ₹20,000/month + Incentives

? What You’ll Do

- Generate leads for IT/software products and services
- Make calls and engage potential B2B customers
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects
- Convert qualified leads into sales
- Manage leads using CRM software
- Perform cold calling and lead-generation activities




- Handle field sales activities for the Field BDE role
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, or relevant equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT/software sales
- Good understanding of business development and sales
- Strong skills in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Calling, Product Demo & CRM
