Role Description The Sales Associate role at Lunik IT is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their security and automation requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery, and providing after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, consultative selling, and customer service in a technology or security solutions context.
- Basic understanding of security and automation products such as CCTV systems, access control, intrusion alarms, and fire alarm systems, with willingness to learn technical details.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proficiency in lead generation, follow-up, and sales pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple customer engagements.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Jaipur and meeting clients at their locations when required.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or retail technology sales is beneficial.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
