What We're Looking For 3+ years of backend development experience. Robust hands-on experience with

Golang . Deep understanding of

goroutines . Experience with

and caching mechanisms. Experience in designing and building

microservices . Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with

Docker

and

Git .

AI/ML

or AI-powered applications. Knowledge of

Kafka

or other message queue systems. Exposure to
