About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead technical initiatives, drive system architecture, and mentor engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with backend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers and developers..

n

• Design and develop scalable, reliable systems and microservices..

n

• Drive technical architecture and design decisions..

n

• Establish coding standards and engineering best practices..

n

• Conduct code reviews and ensure production-ready solutions..

• Own technical delivery and contribute to the technical roadmap..

n

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges..

n

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.

n

Required Skills

n

• 10+ years of software development experience.

n

• Solid Node.js experience.

n

• Strong AWS experience.

n

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.

n

• Strong Microservices experience.

n

• Strong System Design & Technical Architecture skills.

n

• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

n

• Good understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

n

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
