? What will you do?

As a BDE, you will:

- Identify and generate B2B leads
- Connect with HR Heads, L&D; Leaders, Founders & decision-makers
- Build current corporate relationships through LinkedIn, email and calls
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our consulting team
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Manage lead trackers and business development reports
- Follow up on proposals and support conversions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work towards business development targets

? What are we looking for?

Someone who is

✨ Confident and articulate

✨ Strong in English communication





✨ Comfortable with B2B sales/business development

✨ Good at networking and follow-ups

✨ Self-driven and disciplined while working remotely

✨ Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Zoom & Google Workspace

✨ Relationship-oriented and target-driven

Experience in B2B sales, HR consulting, training/L&D; or corporate services will be an advantage.

? Role Details

Work Mode: Work From Home – India

Employment: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Fixed Performance Incentives
