Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The specialist will generate and manage leads, build and maintain relationships with industrial and institutional customers, and promote Ion Exchange’s water and environment solutions. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, participating in client meetings and technical discussions, and coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution offerings.





The role involves achieving sales targets, supporting marketing campaigns, delivering product and solution training to clients or internal teams, and providing ongoing customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product, solution, and process knowledge to customers and team members.
- Relevant experience in industrial solutions, water treatment, or environmental services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to travel locally or regionally as required.
