? Location: Indore | On-site

? Reports To: Managing Director

? Compensation: Open for deserving & experienced candidates

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development & Sales team to achieve organizational targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion, revenue growth, and business scalability.
- Identify and explore new markets, sectors, projects, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth project execution and service excellence.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and business growth metrics.
- Present regular business performance reports, market insights, risks, and growth opportunities to senior management.

? Qualifications & Experience




- 7+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing, preferably in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales, or related industries.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.
