About MusubiMusubi is building a creator distribution platform for brands and creators.

We help brands turn product launches, events and moments into short-form content and distribute them through creator networks. From clipping and content creation to creator campaigns and distribution, we're building a platform that helps brands get attention on the internet.

What you'll doYou'll be responsible for bringing new clients to Musubi from the ground up.

Your day-to-day work will include:

- Cold calling potential clients and introducing Musubi
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential brands
- Finding decision-makers such as founders, marketing heads and brand managers
- Calling, emailing and messaging prospects
- Understanding a prospect's marketing and growth requirements
- Pitching Musubi's services and campaign solutions
- Booking meetings and product/campaign demos
- Following up consistently with prospects
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Preparing customized proposals and campaign ideas
- Maintaining client relationships
- Working with the founding and creative teams to execute campaigns
- Tracking calls, leads, meetings, conversions and revenue
- Experimenting with new client acquisition strategies

What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a complete stranger.

You should

- Be confident and persuasive on calls
- Be comfortable with cold calling
- Have robust communication skills
- Be able to handle rejection without giving up




- Have a sales-driven mindset
- Understand basic social media and digital marketing
- Be comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Be proactive and self-motivated
- Take ownership of targets and results
- Be willing to learn and experiment

Prior sales or business development experience is preferred, but not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to communicate, convince and close.

Your targetsThis is a performance-oriented role.

You'll be measured on

Calls → Conversations → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Proposals → Clients → Revenue The goal isn't simply to make calls.

The goal is to turn outbound conversations into paying Musubi clients.
