Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Trivandrum, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing leads, and conducting product demos for prospective clients. The representative will support marketing campaigns, contribute to digital and offline promotional activities, and help create sales materials and presentations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries,
gathering feedback, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training related to products, services, or sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and work toward measurable sales targets.
- Basic understanding of software products or IT services; prior experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, self-management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
