Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Aurangabad, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for driving retail and wholesale tea sales, engaging directly with customers in the market, and following up with leads and repeat clients. Daily tasks include promoting products, managing in-store displays and promotions, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive buying experience.



The role may also involve coordinating with management on local marketing initiatives, assisting in training store staff on sales techniques, and supporting the development of relationships with nearby shops, cafés, and distributors.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with walk-in customers and business clients.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support retail and wholesale growth.
- Experience in Training team members on basic sales practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory awareness and point-of-sale processes.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, splitting time between the Aurangabad market location and remote tasks.
- Comfort with local language(s) and English for communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
