Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting brewing technology solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and executing sales and marketing activities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing responsive customer service.

The associate will coordinate product demonstrations, support training sessions for clients, prepare sales materials and reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. The role also includes tracking leads and opportunities, attending relevant events or customer visits, and contributing to the overall sales targets in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive business development, manage pipelines, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support client onboarding, product demonstrations, and basic user guidance.
- Candidates should have basic understanding of marketing principles, CRM tools, and lead management practices.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or brewing/beverage industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales goals in a structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software is beneficial.
