Responsibilities of Sales and Business Development manager

Growth & Strategy

- Research industry trends and target markets to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and untapped revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with overall company financial targets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences to expand brand presence
- Achieving order booking and sales target as per company strategy.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation to qualification and final closure.
- Conduct structured discovery meetings and product pitches to key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors).
- Maintain clean and accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

- Build and nurture long-term,



trust-based partnerships with current and existing clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service agreements while adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client needs and feedback are met

Experience

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas and revenue targets

Skills

- Superior communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset for market research and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
