- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to handle inbound sales inquiries from global customers. You will be the fi rst point of contact for prospects, understand their communication requirements, demonstrate TeleCMI's solutions, and convert qualifi ed opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through website, chat, phone, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements through effective discovery calls.
- Recommend suitable TeleCMI products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and commercial quotations.
- Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
- Coordinate with Product Delivery and Customer Success teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 25 years of experience in B2B inside sales or SaaS sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Comfortable working with international customers.
