Clever Folds is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Administrator who can become an important part of our sales team.
What you’ll be doing
? Handling incoming enquiries & client communication
? Managing leads through WhatsApp, calls and email
? Preparing and coordinating quotations
? Following up with potential clients
? Coordinating between clients and our internal team
? Coordinating samples and orders
? Maintaining our sales pipeline and records
? Supporting lead generation and business development
Who should apply?
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Confident and comfortable speaking with clients
✔️ Excellent at follow-ups
✔️ Organised and detail-oriented
✔️ Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
✔️ Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM-style work
✔️ Interested in sales, business development and client management
✔️ Looking to learn and grow with a growing company
Experience: 1+ year preferred
Location: Mumbai
Role: Full-time
Compensation: Market-competitive salary
This is not just a back-office admin role.
