Job Summary

The SailPoint ISC Architect/Senior Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management.

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) - preferred

- REST APIs, JSON, OAuth

- Cloud identity integrations (Azure AD, AWS)

- Authentication authorization concepts

- RBAC, ABAC, SoD

- Identity lifecycle management

- Java (for IIQ background)

- JavaScript

- PowerShell/Python (for integrations automation)

Soft Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Certifications (Preferred)

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification

- SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design Architecture: Design and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions for enterprise environments

- Solution Design Architecture: Define identity governance architecture including joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes

- Solution Design Architecture: Design scalable provisioning, access request, and access certification models

- Solution Design Architecture: Lead SailPoint implementations, upgrades, and migrations (IIQ to ISC where applicable)

- Development Configuration: Configure and customize identity profiles

- Development Configuration: Lifecycle states

- Development Configuration: Access profiles

- Development Configuration: Entitlement catalogs





- Development Configuration: Develop rules, transforms, and workflows using ISC APIs and SailPoint configuration models

- Development Configuration: Integrate SailPoint ISC with Active Directory/Azure AD

- Development Configuration: HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)

- Development Configuration: Cloud apps (O365, AWS, GCP, Salesforce)

- Development Configuration: Databases and LDAP directories

- Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement automated identity lifecycle management, joiner, mover, leaver events

- Identity Lifecycle Management: Role-based and policy-based access

- Identity Lifecycle Management: Enable provisioning and de-provisioning workflows

- Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement birthright access, RBAC, and SoD policies

- Governance Compliance: Configure access certifications (Manager, Application Owner, Event-based)

- Governance Compliance: Implement segregation of duties (SoD) controls

- Governance Compliance: Support regulatory compliance (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)

- Governance Compliance: Provide audit reports and governance dashboards
