About the RoleWe are looking for a SaaS Lead Generation Specialist with strong B2B SaaS experience, preferably in HR Tech / Recruitment Tech, to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for our products.

The role involves identifying target accounts, generating outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and creating sales opportunities through structured and effective outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Research target accounts, define ICPs, and identify key decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline from scratch.
- Conduct initial outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
- Understand prospect needs and identify relevant sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified product demos and meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
- Track lead generation, response, meeting, and conversion metrics.
- Test and improve outreach strategies, messaging,



and lead-generation channels.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve lead quality and pipeline growth.

Requirements

- 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, with SaaS experience.
- B2B SaaS experience is mandatory.
- HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, HRMS, ATS, HCM, Payroll, or AI Hiring experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Experience targeting HR leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, founders, or business decision-makers.
- Ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM, email outreach tools, or similar platforms.
- Solid communication, research, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
