Position: Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist - Process Research

Key Responsibilities
- Providing Engineering inputs to RD /Pilot Plant for current product development and process improvement for the existing products. Data compilation for scale-up studies and trials.
- Carrying out basic design calculations and preparation of engineering documents/ drawings.
- Carrying out checks in plant to ensure that the erection is done as per PID s and other guidelines set by BEP. Provide technical support to Production department for pre-commissioning and commissioning of the plant.
- Coordination with Team and single handed lead of Project.
- Identifying area for process improvements to attain/ exceed the targeted capacity/Yield/Budgeted norms/ Product Specifications.
- Co-ordination with cross functional team for pre-commissioning and commissioning products.
- Developing and updating Process Design Manuals/SOP s/BPR s/Plant operating manuals.
