Build Automation That Makes a DifferenceWe’re looking for an RPA Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across our business.

You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to identify repetitive, rule-based processes and convert them into scalable, reliable RPA workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through automation and wants to build automation solutions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and analyse manual, repetitive, and rule-based business processes suitable for automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into RPA workflows and technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots and automation workflows.
- Build reusable and scalable automation components that can be deployed across multiple processes.
- Integrate RPA solutions with web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, Excel, email, and enterprise systems.
- Develop robust workflows with appropriate exception handling, retries, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot automation failures in production.
- Work with business stakeholders to measure time savings, error reduction, productivity, and ROI from automation.
- Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, solution designs, and bot specifications.




- Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing automations and expand the organisation’s automation footprint.
- Follow secure development, access control, data protection, and automation governance standards.

Technical Skills✔ Hands-on experience with an RPA platform such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent. ✔ Strong understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

✔ Experience automating processes using Excel, web applications, desktop applications, email, PDFs, and databases.

✔ Working knowledge of APIs, REST services, SQL, JSON, XML, and data handling.

✔ Solid understanding of exception handling, logging, retries, queues, scheduling, and bot monitoring.

✔ Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD is an advantage.

✔ Knowledge of Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript, or another programming language is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA Development / Intelligent Automation.
- Proven experience taking automation projects from process discovery to production deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with business and technology teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
