Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RMC Quality Engineer / Quality Technician with minimum 2 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) to manage quality control activities at our batching plant and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the quality of Ready-Mix Concrete as per approved mix designs and specifications.
- Conduct slump, temperature, cube casting, and other fresh concrete tests.
- Ensure proper sampling, cube identification, curing, and testing.
- Monitor raw materials such as cement, M-sand, aggregates, admixtures, and water.
- Maintain daily quality records, test reports, cube registers, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with the RMC Plant, Production, Site Engineers, and Project Teams regarding quality requirements.
- Check concrete production and dispatch as per approved mix design.
- Monitor 7-day and 28-day compressive strength results and maintain test records.
- Identify quality issues and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes and company quality procedures.




- Assist in mix design trials, material testing, and quality audits.
- Visit customer/project sites when required to resolve concrete quality-related issues.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in RMC / Ready-Mix Concrete quality control.
- Valuable knowledge of concrete testing, mix design, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant IS codes for concrete and construction materials.
- Ability to maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- RMC plant quality control experience.
- Knowledge of concrete cube testing and slump testing.
- Knowledge of aggregate and cement testing.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work at both RMC plant and customer project sites.
