Role Description The Rigger 3 role at Saudi Archirodon is a full-time, on-site position based in Khagaria. The Rigger 3 will handle day-to-day rigging operations, including preparing, securing, and moving loads using cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment according to approved lifting plans.

Responsibilities include inspecting rigging gear, selecting appropriate slings and accessories, and ensuring loads are properly balanced and safely lifted. The role involves coordinating with crane operators, signalers, and supervisors, following safety procedures and company standards, and reporting any equipment issues or unsafe conditions. The Rigger 3 will also assist in maintaining work areas,



supporting other construction activities when required, and participating in regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in rigging operations on construction or industrial sites, including working with cranes, hoists, and lifting accessories.

- Ability to interpret basic load charts, lifting plans, and site instructions, with attention to load limits and safety requirements.

- Knowledge of safe rigging practices, hazard identification, and adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, work at heights or in confined spaces when required, and use personal protective equipment consistently.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with crane operators, supervisors, and other site personnel.

- Previous experience in large-scale construction, marine, industrial, or energy projects is an advantage.

- Relevant rigging certification or training from a recognized institution is preferred; basic education sufficient to follow written and verbal instructions is required.

- Willingness to work in an on-site environment in Khagaria, follow shift schedules, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
