ADK Education Park is looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to join our RISE Fellowship and build our presence across cities and territories in India.
This is a 6-month entrepreneurial fellowship designed for people who want to learn how to build markets, develop relationships, acquire customers and eventually own and lead a territory .
What happens during the first 6 months?
As a RISE Fellow , you will:
- Receive a ₹30,000/month stipend
- Identify and develop opportunities in your territory
- Build relationships with schools, school founders, educators and institutions
- Generate leads and develop the local market
- Represent ADK Education Park and its ecosystem
- Work across our education initiatives — FuturON, Global Icons and De-Skoolit
- Learn sales, partnerships, school transformation and business development
- Build the foundation for your own territory
After 6 Months — Territory Leader Successful RISE Fellows will transition into a Territory Leader role .
You will be responsible for: Build → Grow → Lead → Earn
- Own an assigned territory
- Build ADK's presence and network
- Develop school and institutional partnerships
- Build and manage the territory pipeline
- Drive revenue and growth
- Develop local teams and partnerships
- Earn through a revenue-sharing model linked to the business you build
This is not a conventional sales position.
You are being given an opportunity to build an education business within your territory.

- Willingness to travel and engage directly with schools
- 0–5 years of experience — experience is useful, but entrepreneurial attitude matters more
